Cheese Log Recipe

1 (2 pounds) box Velveeta cheese
2 (8 ounces) packages cream cheese
Chili powder
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Cream (with hands) all ingredients, except the chili powder, thoroughly.
Divide mix in half.
On Saran Wrap, shape into 2 logs. (You can use 2 leftover Velveeta boxes, 2-pound size, to determine size and shape of logs, then store logs in them until needed.)
Sprinkle each log well with chili powder.
Wrap in its Saran Wrap and store in Velveeta box. Chill well in refrigerator.
The flavors blend and ripen the longer stored. Serve with crackers.
