Hot Sausage Balls Recipe

2 cups Bisquick
1 pound Owens hot sausage cheese (in a roll)
1 pound grated cheddar

Mix all ingredients together with hands.

Shape into small balls.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

They will be greasy, so cool on paper towels.

Can be frozen or stored in refrigerator and heated under broiler when ready to serve.
