<p>2 large cans chili with no beans<br />
1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded<br />
1 cup sour cream<br />
1 cup picante sauce</p>
<p>Microwave chili until hot. </p>
<p>Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until cheese is melted. </p>
<p>Add sour cream and picante sauce. </p>
<p>Mix well. </p>
<p>Serve with nacho chips or plain corn chips.</p>

<p>3 avocados<br />
2 teaspoons lemon juice<br />
1/2 teaspoon salt<br />
1/4 teaspoon pepper<br />
8 ounces sour cream<br />
1/2 cup mayonnaise<br />
1 package taco seasoning mix<br />
1/2 cup green onion, chopped<br />
3 tomatoes, chopped and drained<br />
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated</p>
<p>Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth. </p>
<p>In separate bowl, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. </p>
<p>In bowl, layer beans, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes, and cheese.</p>
<p>Yield: 4 servings</p>
