2 large cans chili with no beans
1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 cup picante sauce
Microwave chili until hot.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until cheese is melted.
Add sour cream and picante sauce.
Mix well.
Serve with nacho chips or plain corn chips.

3 avocados
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 package taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup green onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped and drained
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
In bowl, layer beans, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes, and cheese.
Yield: 4 servings
