Jumbo Shrimp Saute Marsala Recipe

2 pounds shrimp
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Pinch of rosemary
1 cup brown gravy (canned may be used)
1/3 cup Marsala

Peel, slit, and wash the shrimp.

Saute in red-hot pan with 2 tablespoons oil. Add the onions, garlic, and rosemary. Simmer for a few minutes. Add the Marsala and brown gravy. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Serve over rice.
