<p>Trim any excess fat from the pork roast. Butterfly the roast by cutting horizontally through the center. The meat should lie flat. Place the pork in a flat dish. </p>
<p>Combine the remaining ingredients to make a paste. Spread the paste over the pork loin, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. </p>
<p>Prepare a fire on the grill. Cook the roast over medium coals for approximately 2 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 150 to 160 degrees. </p>
<p>Cut the pork loin in half lengthwise, and carve in thin slices.</p>

<p>4 boneless, thick-cut pork loin chops or one or two pork loins<br />
4 teaspoons garlic salt<br />
1 tablespoon vegetable oil<br />
1/4 cup chopped onion<br />
2 teaspoons crushed garlic<br />
1 bottle (12 ounce) Heinz chili sauce<br />
1 can (8-1/4 ounce) light sliced peaches, drained and chopped, juice reserved<br />
1 tablespoon yellow mustard<br />
2 tablespoons molasses<br />
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate<br />
1 tablespoon lemon juice<br />
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce<br />
1/4 cup crumbled bacon<br />
Salt and pepper</p>
<p>Preheat broiler.</p>
<p>Line a heavy-duty baking sheet with foil, and set aside.</p>
<p>Season both sides of pork with garlic salt. Place on prepared baking sheet.</p>
<p>Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat source for 6 to 8 minutes per side.</p>
<p>In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. </p>
<p>Add onions and garlic. </p>
<p>Cook and stir for two minutes. </p>
<p>Add all remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.</p>
<p>Serve pork drizzled with peach barbecue sauce.</p>

<p>1 spray cooking spray<br />
2 teaspoon dried thyme, or 2 tablespoons freshly chopped thyme<br />
2 teaspoon dried oregano, or 2 tablespoons freshly chopped oregano<br />
1 teaspoon garlic powder<br />
1 teaspoon onion powder<br />
1 teaspoon table salt<br />
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground<br />
2 teaspoon olive oil<br />
2 pound lean pork tenderloin</p>
<p>Preheat oven to 400º F. Coat a shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.</p>
<p>Combine thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.</p>
<p>Rub oil all over pork. Sprinkle thyme mixture all over pork and transfer to prepared pan.</p>
<p>Roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of pork reads 160º F, about 30 minutes.</p>
<p>Let stand 10 minutes before slicing crosswise into thin (about 1/2-inch thick) slices.</p>
