1-1/2 pounds salmon fillets
lemon pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Season salmon with lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil until sugar is dissolved.
Place fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture, seal, and turn to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Place salmon on the preheated grill, and discard marinade.
Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

1 pound chicken breast
Marinade
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
zest of 1 lemon
Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
Arrange chicken in glass baking dish.
Marinade: In a small bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon lemon zest.
Pour over chicken, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Grill chicken.
Sauce: While chicken is grilling, combine water, lemon juice, honey, cornstarch, lemon zest, and bouillon.
Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after each minute, until sauce is thickened and clear.
Serve over grilled chicken.
