Grilled Mahi Mahi Recipe

1-1/2 pounds mahi-mahi steaks
1/4 pound butter
1 teaspoon salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and saute the minced garlic for one minute. Remove from heat. Add oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Pour over fish steaks and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
Broil turning once until fish flakes. Serve with lemon slice and sprig of parsley.
