Best Baked Salmon Recipe

One of my favorite foods is salmon. We usually make it on the grill, but here is a welcome change.

1-1/2 – 2 pound piece of salmon
Salt
Pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup thick sour cream
1 teaspoon grated onion
Paprika

Have the salmon boned. Wipe with a damp cloth.

Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

Place in a shallow greased baking pan.

Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cover with sour cream.

Sprinkle with onion and paprika.

Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until fish is tender and sauce is lightly browned.

Makes 6 servings.
