Creamy Chicken Italian Crockpot Recipe

2 pounds chicken breast halves
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup water
8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
2 – 10-3/4 ounce cans of cream of chicken soup
8 ounce can of mushrooms sliced, drained

Place chicken in crockpot.

Combine salad dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

Drain half of water out of crockpot.

Combine cheese and soup until blended. Stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.

Serve over noodles or rice.
