Easy Baked Omelet Recipe

This easy baked omelet is so easy and tastes so good!
1/4 cup butter
18 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onions
1-1/2 cups cubed ham
8 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Melt butter. Stir in all ingredients. Pour into 9 inches x 13 inches greased pan.
Bake until eggs are set but moist – 45 to 60 minutes
Serves 8 to 12.
