Peach Crunch Recipe

1 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted shortening
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix this together until crumbly.

Press 1/2 of mixture into greased 9″ square pan.

Pour in 4 cups or more of peaches.

Combine:

3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Microwave until thick and clear. Pour over peaches and top with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
