7-Up Cake Recipe

This is one of my favorite cake recipes! It is easy to make and gets more moist each day. I usually just sprinkle it with powdered sugar, but it is also great with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
1-1/2 cups butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons lemon extract
3/4 cup 7-Up
Cream sugar and butter together, and beat until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well.
Add flour.
Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.
Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/4 hours. Cool for 15 minutes and then remove cake from the pan.
