Scalloped Corn Recipe

Here is another favorite recipe – the kids always want to have it at Christmas time. I guess it has become a tradition.

1 17-ounce can cream style corn
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper

Grease baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serves 6.
