German Pancakes Recipe

Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Pancakes may fall a little after baking. Tastes great with syrup.
1 stick butter
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 400.
Melt butter in 9 X 13 pan.
Put all other ingredients into blender, blend thoroughly.
Pour over butter.
Bake 15-20 minutes until puffy and golden.
Servings: 12 | Prep Time: 10 minutes
