Cold Spinach Dip Recipe

1 package spinach chopped, cooked and drained
1 cup water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces sour cream

Mix all.

Refrigerate 2 days.

Serve with crackers.

Yield: 4 servings
